Wendy and Katie grew up on their family’s coffee farms in Guatemala, and they have a deep passion for coffee. They source their coffee directly from their farms, and they roast it in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.

My daughter's future mother-in-law reserved this Santos Coffee House for a private wedding shower and it was wonderful! The staff was so kind and allowed my other daughter (the maid of honor) and all the hostesses to arrive an hour early to set up decorations and favors as the staff set up the pastries and breakfast sandwiches. There were about 60 people in attemdance and we were all comfortable. Everyone had a great time and commented what a great idea it was to have the shower there!
4 coffees ordered, 3 were wrong. I gave a tip at the cashier and ended up getting my own food and cleaning my own table. My food order was also incorrect. Felt like $70 wasted…
The cafe itself was adorable and very welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were friendly. I enjoy black coffee and did not care for theirs. The bitter did not diminish as I continued to drink and I didn't even finish my original cup before disposing of it. A nice perk is one free refill of a regular drip coffee, if you enjoy it. I will not be returning here for black coffee. They had a delicious looking pastry selection and do make other food products.

We Went here 3 times during our visit to Birmingham. Staff was energetic and friendly. The Food and drinks were great. Their Chipotle mayonnaise was delicious on the breakfast sandwich. Its also a favorite hangout for my father and his friends who live nearby.
